Helping Owners Stay in Their Homes

In 2010, we were awarded $234,000 for the rehabilitation of owner-occupied homes in the unincorporated areas of Charleston County's Hollywood Township area.

This award will assist in the preservation of the existing housing stock in rural communities by eliminating existing or potential code violations and safety. These funds are being used to repair/ replace windows, roofs, HVACs, security lights and improperly functioning indoor facilities. 

We have previously assisted the town of Awendaw in the reconstruction of five homes.
